I’m listening.
What do you want to create?
I work one-to-one with entrepreneurs and leaders who are ready to go beyond the status quo and expand their capacity for what’s possible.
My clients have had success in life—and yet, can sense they’ve outgrown their current operating system. They know it’s time for an upgrade.
Since upgrades look different for everyone, we’ll clarify your definition of expansion, and draw a map that tracks with your rhythms and preferences.
Individual coaching is a rare opportunity to slow down and focus fully on creating what you want.
As your partner in possibility, I’m here to guide, challenge, and witness your process without judgment or agenda.
My coaching engagements are part thought partnership, part problem solving, and part play.
We go at the pace and in the direction you need, with the intention of helping you:
Acknowledge the gap between where you are now and what you want to create.
Define the person you need to become, and the steps you’ll take, to reach your vision.
Build the resilience required to handle the unknowns of transformation.
If this sounds like the kind of support that could accelerate or ease the change you’re seeking, let’s have a conversation.
How I work
My coaching engagements are designed to help you make significant changes and anchor new ways of relating to your work and life. This occurs through close collaboration over consecutive months.
I see this work as a dynamic partnership where we learn and grow together.
We’ll meet every other week for 90 minutes. Between sessions, you’ll have direct access to me by voice memo, text, and email.
I conduct most coaching sessions over Zoom but if you’re in or around Providence, Rhode Island, we could arrange to meet in person.

My newsletter is where I attempt to make sense of the ideas and dilemmas occupying space in my brain. My hope is that in clarifying my own thinking, I also spark something new—or wake up something dormant—inside of you.
Subscribe for free to hear from me on Tuesdays, when I write about leadership, energy, reinvention, nature, and more.
